Titanium Grade 10 Bar is a palladium-stabilized corrosion-resistant alloy that contains 0.12%–0.25% Pd by average. It contains approximately 99.2% titanium, with small amounts of iron (0.2%), oxygen (0.18%), and nitrogen (0.03%). Mechanical properties are 345 MPa (50 ksi) tensile strength and 275 MPa (40 ksi) yield strength, with 20% elongation. Grade 10 has greater corrosion resistance compared to Grades 1–4, particularly in reducing acids and chloride-rich environments. Its mechanical shape is comparable to that of commercially pure titanium but improved for corrosive industrial use.
