Brian Fasteners provides an extensive array of top–grade Titanium Bars and Rods from our plant in Houston, USA. Designed with performance and accuracy in mind, our titanium bars are offered in various grades and sizes to suit aerospace, medical, marine, and industrial needs. Regardless of whether you require corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, or strength-to-weight ratio, our titanium rods provide. Produced to ASTM and AMS standards, we ensure consistency, traceability, and predictable supply. Supported by decades of experience and highly developed production facilities, Brian Fasteners is a reliable source for titanium bar and rod solutions.
Titanium Bars and Rods are commercially pure (such as Grade 2) and alloy grades including Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5). Grade 2 provides a moderate strength (~345 MPa tensile), fine formability, and excellent corrosion resistance. Grade 5 has greater strength (~950 MPa tensile) and better fatigue and creep resistance. Both grades are light in weight, non-magnetic, and resistant to severe temperatures and environments. Titanium rods may be hot or cold worked, heat treated, and welded. Their uniform grain structure and surface finish make them ideal for precision machining and structural uses.

Yes, titanium bars and rods can be recycled. Titanium is highly durable, and its recycling process involves melting and reprocessing scrap titanium into new products, preserving its properties and minimizing waste.
Titanium Bars and Rods find applications where strength, corrosion resistance, and lightness are required. Aerospace manufacturers utilize them for structural frames, engine components, and fasteners. In medicine, they are employed for orthopedic rods, dental implants, and surgical instruments owing to their biocompatibility. Marine and offshore industries utilize titanium bars in propeller shafts and sub-sea equipment due to their superior resistance in saltwater. They also occur in chemical processing facilities, sporting goods, and military components. They’re versatile in harsh applications and critical use across environments, making titanium rods important for contemporary engineering and technological developments.
