Stainless Steel 410 Hex Bar is a martensitic stainless steel with about 11.5–13.5% chromium, 0.75% nickel, and up to 0.15% carbon content, with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and sulfur. It provides a minimum tensile strength of 450 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. Having a maximum hardness of about 223 HB in the annealed condition, SS 410 Hex Bar is characterized by good strength, toughness, and moderate corrosion resistance. It is thus ideally suited for wear and durability components subjected to mild corrosive environments.
