Stainless Steel 347H Flat Bar is a columbium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy with superior resistance to intergranular corrosion. Its usual content consists of chromium (17-19%), nickel (9-13%), carbon (up to 0.10%), and trace elements such as manganese and silicon. This alloy has high mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and excellent creep and stress rupture resistance, particularly at high temperatures. The flat bar shape is treated for accuracy of dimensions, strength, and long-term reliability, which makes it best suited for critical industrial applications where heat and corrosion resistance are essential.
