Stainless Steel 316L Flat Bar is the low-carbon variant of 316 stainless steel made of chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), and low carbon (up to a maximum of 0.03%) for enhanced weldability. It provides great resistance against corrosion, particularly chlorides and acidic environments. Mechanically, it has a tensile strength of approximately 485 MPa and a yield strength of about 170 MPa.
