Stainless Steel 15-5 PH Hex Bar/Rod is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel alloy containing around 15% chromium and 5% nickel. It also includes minor content of copper, which gives it the ability to age-harden. When heat-treated, it provides tensile strength as high as 1100 MPa, has good ductility, and corrosion resistance. The final product—Stainless Steel 15-5 PH Hex Bar/Rod—is supplied in different conditions of hardness (H900, H1025, etc.) and sizes with machinability and stability of dimensions, and is used for applications that demand precision and strength.
