Brian Fasteners, based in Houston, USA, is the expert in Nimonic C263 bars and rods that undergo vacuum melting, precise forging, and aging. This nickel-based superalloy offers excellent creep and oxidation resistance, especially at high temperatures. Strict quality checks provide exacting tolerances and metallurgical consistency. Supplying aerospace, gas turbine, and petrochemical industries, Brian Fasteners provides special bar sizes, timely delivery, and engineering support. Being a reliable source, the organization supplies critical applications with Nimonic C263 bars for rigorous structural performance in high-temperature conditions for various American industries.
Nimonic C263 contains approximately 60% Ni, 15% Cr, 10% Co, 1–2% Al and Ti, and carbon <0.1%. It has tensile strength of 900–1,400 MPa, yield strength 600–1,000 MPa, and elongation 15–25%. The alloy shows creep resistance up to 750 °C and excellent oxidation performance. Precipitation of gamma-prime promotes high-temperature strength, and chromium and alumina-formers impart corrosion protection. Nimonic C263 has a combination of creep and oxidation resistance for structural application in engine and turbine systems.
