Brian Fasteners, Houston, USA-based manufacturer, produces Nimonic 75 bars and rods through controlled vacuum melting, hot working, and aging processes. This nickel superalloy provides balanced high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. Every bar receives accurate dimensional control and metallurgical inspection. Serving aerospace, power generation, and industrial heating industries, Brian Fasteners provides custom length, on-time delivery, and technical support. As an alloy expert with whom customers can rely, the organization maintains consistent quality Nimonic 75 bars and rods for components operating in harsh thermal conditions in American industry applications.
Nimonic 75 has about 60% Ni, 20–22% Cr, 10% Co, with ~1% Al and Ti, and carbon <0.1%. After aging, tensile strength is 900–1,300 MPa, yield strength 600–950 MPa, and elongation 15–25%. Creep resistance is maintained up to 700 °C. Oxidation protection is provided by chromium and aluminum, and gamma-prime precipitation improves high-temperature strength. Nimonic 75 is designed for robust structural performance in hot conditions.
