Monel Hollow Bars are made up of 63–70% nickel and 20–29% copper, along with small amounts of iron, manganese, silicon, and carbon. This distinctive blend offers remarkable resistance to seawater, acids, alkalis, and high-temperature oxidation. Monel 400 delivers a tensile strength ranging from 480–620 MPa and a yield strength of about 170 MPa, while Monel K500 achieves even greater strength through precipitation hardening.
