George Metals, located in Houston, USA, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of Inconel X-750 Bars and Rods. These products are specifically designed for high-performance applications that require outstanding creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and stress-rupture strength. Inconel X-750 is a nickel-chromium alloy that’s strengthened with titanium and aluminum, making it perfect for high-temperature environments in aerospace, nuclear, and gas turbine sectors. Our bars and rods are crafted according to AMS 5667, ASTM B637, and other industry standards, and come in various sizes and heat-treatment conditions. At George Metals, we prioritize product quality, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical reliability for extreme service conditions.
The Inconel X-750 Bars and Rods from George Metals are primarily made up of nickel (70%), with 14–17% chromium, 2.25–2.75% titanium, 0.7% aluminum, 8–9% iron, and trace amounts of niobium (columbium) and manganese. This unique blend offers excellent oxidation resistance, along with impressive tensile strength (~1,000 MPa) and yield strength (~700 MPa) at high temperatures. The alloy retains its mechanical integrity even in environments that reach up to 700°C (1300°F). Typically, Inconel X-750 is provided in solution-annealed and precipitation-hardened forms, ensuring exceptional creep and rupture resistance for aerospace, nuclear, and industrial applications.
