Brian Fasteners, Houston, USA, is a Houston-based specialist producer and supplier of Inconel 792 bars and rods. With precision vacuum melting, hot extrusion, and aging processes, the company supplies alloy pieces with superior high-temperature strength as well as oxidation resistance. Every bar is subject to rigorous dimensional and metallurgical testing for uniformity. Supplying aerospace, gas turbine, and thermal power industries, Brian Fasteners provides custom lengths, timely delivery, and technical support. Being a valued supplier, the company ensures Inconel 792 bars deliver consistent performance in extreme hot-section applications in various U.S. industrial markets.
Inconel 792 is a nickel-base superalloy with 62–69% Ni, 11.5–14% Cr, 1–1.5% Al, and 4–5% Ti and cobalt (≈5%) with the balance iron
. It has tensile strength of nearly 950–1,400 MPa, yield strength of about 650–1,100 MPa, and elongation around 15–25%. Gamma-prime precipitation and fine grain structure offer superior creep resistance up to 750 °C . High chromium and aluminum content provide good oxidation protection. The alloy achieves thermal mechanical strength and environmental stability for high-heat components.
