Brian Fasteners, based in Houston, USA, produces and provides Inconel 783 bars and rods through controlled vacuum melting, forging, and aging. The nickel-based superalloy provides robust high-temperature creep strength and oxidation resistance. Every bar is subjected to accurate dimensional and metallurgical testing. Supplying gas turbine, aerospace, and industrial heating industries, Brian Fasteners offers special lengths, fast shipping, and technical assistance. With its reliability as a supplier, the company guarantees Inconel 783 bars and rods sustain performance-critical components subjected to extreme thermal and mechanical stresses in American industries.
Inconel 783 has 50–55% Ni, 19–22% Cr, 10–12% Co, ~2% Al+Ti, and <0.1% carbon. It has tensile strength of ~900–1,300 MPa, yield strength of ~600–950 MPa, and elongation of ~15–25%. Gamma-prime precipitation strengthening and grain refinement improve creep up to ~750 °C. Composition is optimized between oxidation resistance and mechanical stability under thermal loading. Inconel 783 is used in severe hot-section conditions in turbine engines.

Inconel 783 can perform efficiently in environments with temperatures up to 815°C (1500°F), making it suitable for high-temperature industrial and aerospace applications.
Brian Fasteners‘ Inconel 783 bars and rods are applied to turbine disk parts, spacers, seals, and cooling structure components in power-generation and aerospace engines. They are chosen for combustion ring supports and structural parts that are subjected to cyclic thermal stress. Industrial turbines utilize them in hot-section hardware. Their even strength and oxidation resistance recommend them for parts that require dimensional integrity in high-temperature environments. Brian Fasteners provides Inconel 783 bars designed to be reliable in parts where high–temperature performance over the long term is critical.
