Houston, USA: Based in Houston, USA, Brian Fasteners provides Inconel 625 bars and rods that provide high strength along with extreme environment resistance. Processed through vacuum induction melting and high-precision hot/cold working practices, every bar receives rigorous inspection for dimension and metallurgical quality. Inconel 625 is characterized by high fatigue strength, weldability, and resistance to pitting and oxidation in high-temperature as well as marine environments. Brian Fasteners serves marine, aerospace, nuclear, and chemical industries with customized bar sizes, guaranteed delivery, and extensive technical assistance, and it becomes a trusted ally in exacting engineering applications.
Inconel 625 is having ~58% Ni, 20–23% Cr, 8–10% Mo, 3.15–4.15% Nb+Ta, and minor Fe, Ti, and Al. It provides tensile strength of 930 MPa, yield strength of around 450–620 MPa, and 25–35% elongation. Its strength is due to solid solution hardening and thus it is extremely ductile with good fatigue and creep resistance. It has structural integrity in oxidizing conditions at high temperatures up to 980°C and resists pitting and chloride-induced corrosion, particularly in marine environments and chemical media.
