Brian Fasteners supplies Inconel 600 bars and rods from their Houston facility. This nickel-chromium alloy is known for its versatile high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance. Vacuum-melted and hot-worked to tight tolerances, the bars are suitable for aerospace, chemical processing, and power industries. With various dimensions, fast delivery, and material testing, Brian Fasteners supports a range of structural and thermal-cycle applications in demanding environments.
Inconel 600 consists of about 72% Ni, 14–17% Cr, and 6–10% Fe. It provides a tensile strength of 650–800 MPa, yield strength of 250–450 MPa, and elongation of 30–45%. It can withstand up to 1093 °C, resisting chloride-induced stress cracking and oxidation, with stable properties from cryogenic levels to high temperatures.
