Incoloy Rectangular Bars are usually produced from grades such as Incoloy 800, 800H, 800HT, 825, and 925. These alloys have about 30–46% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and iron balance with additions of molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum based on grade. This composition offers superior mechanical properties with tensile strengths of 550–850 MPa and 200–450 MPa yield strengths. Incoloy possesses excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and scaling under high-temperature conditions (up to 1100°C). The bars are weldable and have good structural integrity over a broad range of temperatures.
