George Metals, located in Houston, USA, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Incoloy 800HT Forgings. This high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy is designed for exceptional strength at high temperatures, along with outstanding structural stability and resistance to oxidation. Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) is a specially modified version of Incoloy 800H, featuring tighter controls on carbon, aluminum, and titanium to boost its creep and rupture resistance. George Metals crafts precision-forged components like shafts, flanges, rings, discs, and custom shapes, all while adhering to standards such as ASTM B564. These forgings find extensive use in industries like petrochemical, power generation, thermal processing, and furnace components.
Incoloy 800HT Forgings from George Metals generally consist of 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, 0.05–0.10% carbon, along with aluminum (~0.3%) and titanium (~0.6%), with iron making up the rest. This specific composition ensures excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at temperatures reaching up to 1100°C (2010°F). The alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 600–750 MPa, yield strength of about 300 MPa, and impressive elongation and creep resistance. Delivered in a solution-annealed state, these forgings maintain their mechanical properties even after prolonged exposure to high-heat conditions, making them perfect for applications involving thermal stress.
