Brian Fasteners, a reliable forging manufacturer and supplier in Houston, USA, offers premium-grade Incoloy 800H Forgings for high-temperature and corrosive service environments. Incoloy 800H is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with controlled amounts of carbon and aluminum/titanium to improve strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. It is especially suitable for long-term structural applications that require resistance to oxidation and carburization. Brian Fasteners provides Incoloy 800H forgings in custom shapes and sizes, backed by strict quality control and timely delivery to industries such as petrochemical processing, power generation, and industrial furnaces.
Incoloy 800H contains about 30–35% Ni, about 19–23% Cr, and about 39.5% Fe, with small amounts of Al (about 0.15–0.60%), Ti (about 0.15–0.60%), and controlled carbon (about 0.05–0.10%). It has a tensile strength of about 600 MPa, yield strength of around 275 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. The alloy maintains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 1100°C. It offers excellent resistance to oxidation, nitriding, and carburization, along with good structural stability under prolonged thermal exposure, making it suitable for pressure vessels and heat-treating applications.

The ideal temperature range for forging Incoloy 800H is between 2100°F and 2250°F (1149°C to 1232°C). This range ensures optimal workability and preserves the material’s mechanical properties.
Post-forging operations for Incoloy 800H typically include annealing to relieve stress and enhance ductility, followed by heat treatment to achieve desired mechanical properties. Surface cleaning and inspection for defects are also essential to ensure quality.
To determine if Incoloy 800H Forgings meet your specific needs, review material specifications, including composition and mechanical properties, and consult with suppliers for customized testing or performance data. Additionally, consider your application's temperature, corrosion, and mechanical requirements.
