Houston, USA-based George Metals is a trusted maker and seller of Incoloy 800 Forgings, providing high-temperature alloy parts designed for harsh industrial environments. Produced to ASTM B564 and ASME SB-564 specifications, Incoloy 800 forgings are designed to resist oxidation, carburization, and thermal fatigue in extended high-heat situations. George Metals supplies precision-forged components in specific shapes and sizes with complete traceability and superior surface integrity. With its strong market presence in the furnace industries, power generation, and chemical processing, George Metals offers timely delivery and expert assistance for applications of high importance that demand performance and longevity.
Incoloy 800 Forgings consist mostly of 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and the remainder iron, with minute additions of titanium and aluminum for improved oxidation and carburization resistance. The alloy has superior mechanical strength, with average tensile strength of 520–600 MPa, yield strength of approximately 205–275 MPa, and elongation of 30–45%. Incoloy 800 retains its structural integrity at temperatures up to 1100°C (2010°F), providing high scaling, creep, and rupture resistance. The stable austenitic structure of the alloy guarantees excellent weldability, good formability, and long-term durability in thermally and chemically aggressive conditions.
