Brian Fasteners manufactures Copper C11500 bars and rods (Copper-Nickel 70/30, C71500) from Houston, USA. C11500 has ~30% Ni, 0.20% Fe, balance Cu. Tensile strength ~380 MPa; yield ~180 MPa. Elongation ~25%. Electrical conductivity ~12% IACS. Excellent resistance to seawater, biofouling, and acid environments. Weldable, formable, and annealable with good retention of excellent toughness under extreme conditions.
