C10400 rods and bars are well suited for heat exchanger tubing, architectural wire, and industrial uses. Produced to ASTM B170/B187 specifications, our precision rods are tested and come in various sizes. Every product is inspected full to ensure suitability for general industrial, thermal, and architectural applications.
C10400 has ≥99.9% Cu with oxygen ~180–250 ppm. Conductivity ~97% IACS. Tensile ~200 MPa; yield ~70 MPa; elongation ~40–50%. Possesses good weldability, machinability, and corrosion resistance. Suitable for forming and finishing operations.
