Brian Fasteners, based in Houston, USA, exports Carbon Steel EN‑19 (V 320) bars through accurate forging and heat treatment practices. The medium-carbon alloy has high tensile strength and toughness. The company maintains the dimensional precision and metallurgical integrity of every bar. Catering to automotive, gearbox, and industrial tool industries, Brian Fasteners offers customized bar lengths, quick delivery, and engineering support. Their reliable source of EN–19 bars addresses the requirements of applications needing durable and high-strength carbon steel solutions in American manufacturing sectors.
EN‑19 (V 320) is a medium-carbon steel with about 0.35–0.45% carbon, 0.3–0.7% manganese, and traces of silicon. Having tensile strength of about 800–1000 MPa in quenched and tempered condition, yield strength 600–800 MPa, and elongation of 12–20%, it provides balanced strength and toughness. Heat treatment provides hardness of 280–350 HB. EN‑19 is thus used for shafts, gears, and tools that need good fatigue endurance and mechanical stability.
