Brian Fasteners is a premier manufacturer and exporter of Alloy Steel F12 Bars and Rods, providing precision-engineered products from Houston, USA. F12 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure service in industrial applications. F12 adheres to ASTM A182 standards, providing superior creep strength, corrosion resistance, and stability in thermal stress. Our F12 bars are applied massively in power generation, oil refineries, and petrochemical processes. With better machining tolerances, strict quality assurance, and rapid turnaround, Brian Fasteners supplies F12 alloy steel rods ready for critical infrastructure and demanding service conditions.
Alloy Steel F12 commonly consists of ~0.15% carbon, 0.50–0.80% manganese, 1.00% chromium, and 0.44–0.65% molybdenum. It offers tensile strength of 485–655 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of about 20–25%. The alloy has mechanical properties at service temperatures to 540°C with superior high-temperature creep, oxidation, and corrosion resistance. F12 is delivered in the condition normalized and tempered and weldable and machinable. The alloy is suitable for consistent performance under cyclic thermal and pressure loading to be used in heavy-duty industrial machinery.

Alloy Steel F12 Bars and Rods offer excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and durability, making them suitable for challenging environments.
These bars and rods are widely used in power generation, refineries, construction, and heavy machinery industries.
Yes, we provide customized sizes and specifications to meet the unique requirements of our clients.
Alloy Steel F12 bar and rod are applied in petrochemical piping, heat exchangers, boiler components, and high-pressure steam lines. They are also used in pressure vessel supports, turbine casings, as well as in refinery flanges due to their excellent thermal fatigue and scaling resistance. F12 exhibits outstanding performance in chemical exposure and thermal cycling applications and is therefore a prominent feature of energy and process industries. It is also used in production of structural and rotating parts exposed to corrosive gases and fluids. Brian Fasteners maintains uniform metallurgy and mechanical properties, making F12 a preferred alloy for systems of high importance.
