The alloy has mechanical properties at service temperatures to 540°C with superior high-temperature creep, oxidation, and corrosion resistance. F12 is delivered in the condition normalized and tempered and weldable and machinable. The alloy is suitable for consistent performance under cyclic thermal and pressure loading to be used in heavy-duty industrial machinery.
