Brian Fasteners exports Alloy Steel F11 bars and rods to Houston, USA, providing materials for cutting-edge power and petrochemical applications. Produced according to ASTM A182 F11 specifications, these bars are designed for high-pressure and high-temperature service. Our accurate production, strict origin traceability, and metallurgical knowledge guarantee conformity and performance in heavy-duty equipment. With immediate delivery and technical assistance, Brian Fasteners offers F11 alloy rods for long-lasting reliability in harsh operating conditions.
F11 alloy steel contains approximately 1.0% chromium, 0.45–0.60% molybdenum, and 0.35%–0.45% vanadium, with carbon levels of 0.40–0.50%. It provides tensile strength of around 700–860 MPa and yield strength of 380–520 MPa. The alloy provides high resistance to creep, high-temperature strength up to 600 °F (315 °C), and high corrosion resistance. F11 bars retain toughness and dimensional stability when under thermal stress. They are weldable and can be subjected to post-weld heat treatment, which ensures toughness in heavy-duty industrial use.

Alloy Steel F11 Bars and Rods are commonly used in power generation, petrochemical, oil and gas, and chemical processing industries for high-temperature applications.
They offer excellent resistance to thermal fatigue, high strength, and outstanding performance in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
They are ideal for use in steam turbines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping systems, and other critical components exposed to extreme conditions.
F11 bars and rods are applied in steam turbines, high-pressure piping, valve stems, and power generation and oil & gas facility boiler parts. They‘re best for heat exchangers, superheaters, and pressure vessels that operate at high temperature. Their strength, creep resistance, and weldability combination also make them suitable for petrochemical and refinery environments. Structural elements exposed to thermal cycling, including turbine shafts and compressor components, are enhanced by the metallurgical capabilities of F11. Brian Fasteners’ rods made of F11 alloy support critical infrastructure with superior performance under severe thermal and mechanical loadings.
