Brian Fasteners supplies a full range of alloy steel bars and rods from Houston, USA. Our portfolio is from low-alloy through high-alloy grades, supplying materials with specifically designed mechanical properties and improved performance. We offer accurate sizing, rigorous quality control, and stable supply chains to satisfy customer needs in aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and industrial markets. Our technical competence and customer-centric services make us the go-to choice for delivering strong alloy bar solutions to enhance productivity and reliability in your demanding applications.
Our medium-carbon to high-strength steels alloy steel bars contain different amounts of chromium, molybdenum, nickel, and vanadium. Their common tensile strengths range 700–1,400 MPa, and yield strengths range from 500–1,200 MPa. These bars possess a balance of hardness against wear, fatigue resistance, toughness, and hardenability. Most grades are sensitive to heat treatment and welding and retain their mechanical properties even under processing. Adequately alloyed and processed, they exhibit precise dimension control, fine grain structure, and good surface finish for a broad range of manufacturing operations.

Our Alloy Steel Bars and Rods are widely used in automotive, construction, power generation, oil and gas, and heavy machinery sectors for high-performance components.
Alloy steel bars and rods are multifaceted in high-performance industries, such as automotive (shafts, gears), aerospace (actuators, structural fasteners), oil & gas (shafts, drill collars), and heavy machinery (roll shafts, axles). They are also used in tooling, forming dies, hydraulic parts, and structural support. These high-alloy grades are applied in corrosion- and heat-resistant parts for chemical processing and power generation. Their impact and fatigue resistance makes them best suitable for cyclic and dynamic load applications. These alloy bars, with Brian Fasteners‘ know-how, provide the precision, performance, and longevity necessary to the engineering solutions of today.
