Brian Fasteners is a prominent manufacturer and exporter of AISI 8630 alloy steel bars and rods in Houston, USA. Taking advantage of advanced manufacturing processes and rigorous quality checking, we supply bars of enhanced toughness, strength, and dimensional tolerance. Our 8630 bars are heat-treated to fulfill stringent industry specifications, providing superior performance in heavy-duty mechanical applications. With assured delivery, competitive pricing, and complete technical support, Brian Fasteners guarantees your aerospace, automotive, and industrial equipment projects with reliable alloy solutions to meet your engineering requirements.
AISI 8630 contains approximately 0.28–0.33% carbon, 0.75–1.00% manganese, 0.40–0.60% chromium, 0.15–0.25% molybdenum, and 0.20–0.35% nickel. This alloy has good hardenability as well as toughness. Its tensile strength normally varies from 860–1030 MPa after heat treatment, while its yield strength is approximately 620–830 MPa. Having fatigue resistance, 8630 bars can be tempered to obtain desired hardness and performance. Being machinable and weldable when processed appropriately, 8630 bars find applications in heavy-duty parts that need high strength and impact strength.
