Brian Fasteners is a leading supplier of AISI 4130 Alloy Steel Bars and Rods in the United States of America, specifically Houston. Our 4130 bars are designed to satisfy the most stringent industrial demands, providing superior strength, fatigue life, and weldability. As a known manufacturer and supplier, we offer alloy bars with close dimensional tolerances, best surface finish, and high mechanical performance. Whether you are in aerospace, oil & gas, or motorsports, Brian Fasteners ensures to supply materials that meet or exceed industry standards and provide support for your engineering requirements with long-term performance and durability.
AISI 4130 Alloy Steel has around 0.28–0.33% carbon, 0.8–1.1% chromium, 0.15–0.25% molybdenum, and 0.4–0.6% manganese. It provides high tensile strength (max. 850 MPa), good toughness, and fatigue endurance. Yield strength is generally about 460–560 MPa. The alloy is easily heat treatable and can be hardened by quenching and tempering. It has strength at high temperatures and is weldable with good properties, making it a good choice for high-performance applications where strength, toughness, and endurance under stress are needed.
